Orders are generally shipped in 4 working days.

Shipmetns to foreign countries are sent by Priority Mail / Priority Int'l and are subject to higher postage costs.

 Excessively heavy items (i.e. Marble, Porcelain, Ceramic, and Pie Weights) are also subject to higher shipping costs.

Back Orders: Back orders for less than $30.00 are normally cancelled. Backorders for the west coast are cancelled if under $50.00.

Claims: All claims for freight damage must be made directly with the carrier. Shortages or errors must be reported to R&M Int’l Corp. within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Call us toll free at 800-401-0101.

Ordering: To receive Wholesale Pricing, our minimum order amount is $100.00 – orders less than $100.00 MAY be accepted subject to a $10.00 “below minimum” service fee.

 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns: Return of merchandise must be authorized in advance. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Shipping: Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you of an anticipated delivery date. All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, unless you specify otherwise. Actual freight charges will be billed.

Standard Pack: Cookie Cutters must be ordered in multiples of our standard packs. For other products, we appreciate your cooperation in ordering multiples of our standard packs.
